Ok so I want to document everything I ate but dont want to have to look for it because it really is alot!!
Friday after breakfast my sis came over and went to eat Mexican food. I had 2 fish tacos and 4 tacos de cabeza. Then I ate one McDouble, a small fry, two cherry pies, vanilla ice cream and 2 chocolate chip cookies. Ridiculous huh.
Saturday: no breakfast, croissant, salad, chocoloate chip cookie, 4 brownies,and cheesecake. McDouble and two cherry pies. 2 ham and cheese sandwiches and chips.
Sunday: hot chocolate, 8 pieces of pizza, soda, two handfuls of M & M's, big bowl of ice cream with hard chocolate. I want to start over tomorrow, I will start over tomorrow, I need to change this, my clothes dont fit me, i dont feel good about myself, i cant keep doing this. GOD please help me, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I fell off the wagon today and like I promised yesterday I am going to write EVERY SINGLE THING I ATE because I need to see what I am doing with myself and to my body. Im not sure what my trigger was, i started struggling last night and i did good all morning then by late afternoon (usually my hardest time) I just said forget it and went crazy, so check out my diet calendar cus its pretty bad.

So why does it get so hard on the third day huh? Monday and Tuesday I felt so good and yeah I feel good today too but Im also struggling because Im hungry as we speak and the idea that the rest of the week is limited for me is hard to deal with, I dont want to fall of the wagon but if I do I promise to get back on ASAP. ALSO I want to promise myself and my fatsecret friends that I will record what I eat no matter what because I think it will be healthy for me to record what I eat when I overeat so I can really see the damage I am doing. Progress not perfection right? BUT OH SO FAR SO SO FAR FROM PERFECTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today was a good day. I feel so much better about myself just with eathing healthy two days. My self-esteem feels better, I feel grateful for everything I have and for all the amazing people in my life. Why I continue to overeat and isolate myself I will never know, but I do know that I will beat this addiction, that there will be a day when I will not have this struggle, and that my kids will NOT carry this burden in thier lives, the struggle ends with me!!! I am a fighter, my heart wants what is right and I dont care how many times I fall, I will always get up so food demon you can fight with me all you want but the battle has already been won!

WEIGHT WATCHERS POINTS = 25 DAILY POINTS + 35 FLEX POINTS
Mon 2/22 = 25 points + 14 flex points= 39 points. 35-14=21 flex points remaing.
Tues 2/23 = 25 points + 0 flex points= 21 flex points remaining.
Wed 2/24 = 25 points + 10.5 flex points = 35.5 points. 26-10.5= 15.5 flex points remaining
Thurs 2/25 = 25 points + 0 flex points 15.5 flex points remaining
Fri 2/26 = 25 points + 6 flex points = 31 points = 15.5 flex points - 6 = 9.5 flex points remaining
Sat 2/27 = 25 points + 9.5 flex points =34.5 points= 0 flex points remaining
Sun 2/28 = 25 points even!!
