I just went over my wieght history and its amazing how I go up and down so quickly. I really cant wait till I stop doing this to my body and my health. I am not happy at this wieght but I am glad that I am still walking it feels great and it makes me feel motivated. But, I need to note that even though I walk 3-4 times a week consistently for about an hour each time, I STILL GAINED 5 POUNDS IN ONE MONTH. So, that means I am eating WAY TOOO MUCH!!!!!!

Well its been a while since I have written on fat secret. EAting wise I have done horrible, not one thing to be proud of in that area, accept for today I woke up and knew I had to stop so Im gonna try again. I feel like something is wrong with me, I cant keep doing this to myself, yo-yo dieting is so bad and that is exactly what I do. The only good thing that I have done is that I have not stopped walking, in fact I love it to much to stop and I am so grateful for that. Now I have to just wait until GOD heals my desire to overeat, my desire to feel so full that I cant move and the sickness inside of me that wants to destroy my body. Ill wiegh in tomorrow, I figure I have gained bout 5 pounds since my last wiegh in and it would be triple that if I hadnt been walking because my eating is ridiculous.

I can sit here and right everything Ive done wrong in the last few weeks but im not because Im tired of focusing on that. I am still walking, Im paying attention to my triggers and the habits that lead me into binging and I have no desire to give up, only a desire to beat this giant. I am not writing down what I eat because that does not feel realistic to me but I do still measure my foods because Im not that good yet, anyways, I will do my best to post at least once a week.
