My RDI is 1700 calories, if I want to lose weight I need to eat under 1700 calories a day, this month (JAnuary) I will eat no more than 1600 calories, Februaruy = 1500 calories, March = 1400 calories, April = 1300 calories.
*************************************************************************If you want to lose fat, a useful guideline for lowering your calorie intake is to reduce your calories by at least 500, but not more than 1000 below your maintenance level. For people with only a small amount of weight to lose, 1000 calories will be too much of a deficit. As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low.

Yesterday was pretty good. I ate my big steak and salad with lemon juice at about 230pm then had a 100 calorie dark chocolate bar (my favorite!!) I was expecting to be just as hungry as I was the other day but I really wasn't. About an hour after my early dinner I got a little hungry but right after the choc bar I was fine. SOOOO I decided that it was the lean cuisine that made me hungry! My cousin has been telling me how bad processed foods are and well I think its time to believe her. I cant say I can get rid of all but I will be more careful, night time is my weak time so I need to make sure that for dinner I eat something healthy and filling. By the way this morning I weighed myself and I wiegh 186!! So I have lost 5 pounds already but I wont enter it until my week cus it will be more dramatic that way!
