Well last night was pretty hard. For some reason I was ridiculously hungry but I got through it and just kept drinking water. I went to sleep late so that whole time of being up was hunger pain. Im not sure if its all in my head, I hope it is because I cant see myself living my life ALWAYS hungry. Its mostly at night to thats the worst for me. But, hopefully it will get better. Im doing good today, got my meal planned out. Not sure if recording meat properly but figure its better to overguess than underguess. Also, no exercise today because had appointment this morning and church tonight!

WEIGHT WATCHERS POINTS = 25 DAILY POINTS + 35 FLEX POINTS
Mon 1/4 = 25 points
Tues 1/5 = 25 points + 9 flex points= 34 points. 35-9 = 26 flex points remaining.
Wed 1/6 = 25 points + 10.5 flex points = 35.5 points. 26-10.5=
15.5 flex points remaining
Thurs 1/7 = 25 points + 0 flex points
15.5 flex points remaining
Fri 1/8 = 25 points + 6 flex points = 31 points = 15.5 flex points - 6 =
9.5 flex points remaining
Sat 1/9 = 25 points + 9.5 flex points =34.5 points= 0 flex points remaining
Sun 1/10 = 25 points even!!

MY DAILY POINTS VALUE IS 25 POINTS + 35 FLEX POINTS A WEEK.

If you are male- score 8
If you are nursing- score 12

17 to 26- score 4
27 to 37- score 3
38 to 47- score 2
48 to 58- score 1
