eight more to go and I have reached the 100 pounds gone mark. I hurt my back last Saturday and have done zero exercise this last week so am happy with the loss.

Wow, two entries in one day. The roofers just got here to fix a leak in my new roof and I went outside, climbed up the ladder and checked it out. Three or four months ago I would not have been able to climb the ladder, let alone not even breathing heavy today. The results are getting noticable.

Its been a while since I last logged on through my computer. Went to a wedding last weekend and had a great time. After that was all done, I ended up in ER (glad it was close to the hotel). Nothing major, just required a change in drug dosages. Made it back home with no problems, but spent the next few days back and forth to the hospital getting everything fixed up. Glad to say all is back to normal and even with some of the meds causing water retention, I am happy to say I am down a little this week. The great news is I just looked at some of the wedding pictures and you can really see how much I have lost. I hadn't taken any pictures and when I saw these, I was uber happy. I no longer look super fat. I look like I still need to lose weight, but am no longer the fat guy that everyone is looking at. Also last night we were at the Bon Jovi /Kid Rock concert (which was awesome) and I fit in the chairs and wasn't embarrassed when someone had to walk by in the row. This is getting fun and the next batch of weight will be even more physically noticeable. Have a great weekend.

Another week, another three pounds gone. This is starting to actually get fun. It seems like two to three pounds a week is so small, but when you start adding them up it turns into a big number. Going to a wedding this weekend, so am not going to worry about what I eat (other than not going crazy), but I will also be doing a lot of walking so that will help. Have a great weekend all.
