I have just about got my iced cap perfected, and boy is it ever good. Basically just take coffee frozen in ice cube tray and grind in a blender. Add 2-3 oz of 1% milk, about 2 oz of starbucks flavor liqour (hazelnut,vanilla, etc) (sugar free, mix up and enjoy. I made 2 full cups and it was only 25 calories. Its also about 80% cheaper as well. I love ice cap and now can drink all I want. Tomorrow is weigh in day and I hope the scales are nice to me. My clothes are falling off, but I really would like to have the scale reflect it as well.

** RANT MODE ON **
OK people, if you want to lose weight, then you have to consume less calories. I read journals a couple of times a day and it drives me crazy when people complain about not losing anything. I can understand this for most of us who are working at it. BUT, I look at their food intake and they are averaging 3000-4000 calories a day. Gee, I wonder if maybe they have stalled and should increase how much they eat?? Maybe they should eat more sweets and ice cream. I have been fighting to lose weight (and doing ok), but how can people wonder why they don't lose, but yet are logging what they eat, so they can see their calories. I feel like slapping them upside the head and asking if they really want to lose weight or not. If they don't, that is their choice but don't complain about failing if you aren't even trying.

I feel much better now. The scale has not been really nice but my pants that keep falling down feels ok. Have a great day everyone.

I am having some challenges that had slowed me down, but they are now behind me. I went over my RDI by a little, but my RDI is kind of low so I am not upset with the number of calories, but more of fact that I ate more "bad" food than normal. I am going to give it hell this week and force my body to start loosing again. Had some good news though. My clothes are too big. I have a wedding to go to in another month, so tried on my suit pants and they are ready for donation. I have no dress pants left that fit so am going to have to buy something new.
