So I have decided that Sundays are going to have to be cheat days, there is no other way around it. On Sundays we go hang out with my father-in-law who is 78. Last week he wanted KFC so we had it, today he wanted pizza, so 2 slices and a trip to the gym afterward, looking at my food journal the only thing I will have tonight for a snack will be a cup of cottage cheese and a ton of water. Next week I get to hang out with my first born baby boy who just turned 21 and his fiancé. We don't get to see a lot of each other as our schedules clash. I can't wait till they give me a wedding date, they have been dating since he was 14 years old.

9 down 28 to go! when I go to the gym I have normally been focusing on my lower body because than is where I need the most work, my hips and belly are my worst enemy. I threw in some upper body circuit yesterday and my back it actually sore today, pain for the cause I guess. I do need to get some good finger tip gloves or some type of gloves though, when I was doing the machine that has you pull down the bar, I can see where it will cause calluses if I'm not careful. I am proud of my accomplishment so far, but when I actually start hearing that other people can actually see a difference then I will be even more psyched.

ok I was really doing good yesterday until it was late in the evening when everyone in the house was sleeping. I got bored and had the munchies so I decided something sweet would be good, so I decided to go with pop tarts, they were handy and they aren't that bad for you right? WRONG!!!!!400 calories and 76 carbs....that is enough for 4 days of eating in carbs alone!!! I will never do that again! Oh the pain I am gonna put myself through today for that!

I want to rant and vent for a moment, I work with someone who is typically very slender, she does not see herself as such. She comes into work talking about how the brand new pair of size 6 pants are way to big on her and then turns around and calls herself fat while talking to a fat girl(me) I am sick of hearing her talk about how loose her clothes are while she should have just bought a size smaller to begin with, SHE BOUGHT THEM THAT WAY!!! I was always taught never to judge a person for who they are but damn it I can't help but think she does this because I have confided in her about how I feel about my own weight issues. I asked her the other day if she had any eating disorders like anorexia or bulimia, I hardly ever see her eat, but she always complains. I know it may be an emotional thing for her or maybe she sees herself as big, BUT when she does eat she says things like "Gotta feed the fat bitch again" or "you know a fat girls gotta eat" For the love of all mankind I wanna punch her in the face!
