Was bad for V Day. Went to Outback right after work by myself and beat the rush. I read that it helps to cut your food in half and only eat half. So I tried it and I am proud at my restraint.
Only had quarter of the bloom. Into the box it went. (Waitress told me to reheat in the oven since the micro turns it to mush)
Cut my steak in half, 3 bites of potatoes. Steak and potatoes went into to go box.
I did eat the whole breaf loaf, but it was dark wheat and more healthy
I did pretend the ranch dressing was fat free, fat free isn't in Outback's vocabulary.
Only ate half the salad.
I drank water.
I have left overs for tonight and tomorrow. Three meals for the price of one. Cool.

Kind of a quiet day today. I woke up and decided to do something good and get out of the house. I went to a local school and volunteered 2 hours to tutor kids. OMG. I have been out of school so long, but I got such a good feeling helping a 3rd grader with her reading and math. Thinking of these kids I just feel blessed with the luck I have had in life. We just take for granite as an adult knowing things and understanding. Taking a step back in time and seeing the kids in the learning stages really opened my eyes. I felt so good I will go back. The 2 hours went so fast and it was lunch before I realized it. No hunger, thirst, just focus on seeing through a childs eyes and helping her to learn. WOW!

This week has been pretty quiet so far. I continue working out 2 hours a day M-F and concentrate on the exercise machines that burn more calories. One of these days the scale will budge. This brings new meaning to the saying working my but off Literally and figuratively. LOL.
