I have stepped my diet up a notch since I came close to my calorie output last week for a few days. I have been filling up on veg and quorn as much as possible and keeping in mind mainly what is going to fill me up as best as possible for the smallest calorie count.

I have been a little bit ill to say the least which will be a big reason for this big drop in weight recently.

I had some seriously calorific food on and the day before my birthday. The odd thing was that it tasted wrong somehow, and not in a 'I shouldn't be eating this because it's detrimental to my weight loss' wrong. More, 'Ugh, this tastes kind of bad' wrong. This is a good thing though I feel, as it is more likely to prevent more setbacks in the future.
I am still hammering the Quorn products, which I am still enjoying very much. I love them with vegetables like peas and cabbage.

I have been very strict with my diet (still) and am hoping for that drop in weight that I have been waiting for, for what feels like ages! I have, however remained the same weight which is fine with me (for now!) I will keep this up for a bit longer and hopefully it will pay off and the weight will continue to come off some more.

I have been a good bunny, eating well within my goal. I have also been exercising through walking which has been good and a moneysaver since I no longer take buses places. The sky's the limit. I guess now that the initial dramatic weight loss period is now over, it is now the time for the slow and steady loss which will gradually take me to where I want to be. I have done it once before and I can do it once again. I feel slimmer and this has encouraged me to keep it going because I can almost see a glimpse of what's in store when I get there.
It is my birthday this next week and I am going for dinner on 2 occasions. One to the curry house which was my original destination, but when this was mentioned to my overly-cautious mother who treats any foods that aren't engish or chinese (she still orders english food from there!), like they are not to be trusted and will probably cause a major stomach upset. In her mind this involves projectile vomiting and diarrhoea! The second meal is at a 'safe' pub/restaurant/carvery which will no doubt involve various meats and potatoes. I'll have to get some serious walking in
