Only lost 1 lb. this week but I'll take it.. better than being stuck at the same weight or gaining but inches are melting off though and I can fit into smaller clothes so am happy. Ever since I found out the diagnosis on my son Michael (is now diagnosed with severe migraines).. I've been setting better example by drinking more water. His dr. is wanting Michael to drink more fluids (more water than anything) so I figured if Michael saw me drinking water then maybe he would grab his cup and drink right along with me. So far it seems to be working to a certain degree. Here's to a better week on fluid intake, calorie intake and exercises!

I have the BEST news to share!! I can now fit into size 7/9 pants! I was sitting there today thinking, "man.. im getting really tired of these super baggy pants.. I wonder if I can finally fit into those clothes my SIL gave me?!". So said heck with it and went out to the shed to grab them. Brought them into the house and tried them on.. really didn't think they were going to fit cause in my eyes and opinion I still feel a bit big.. low and behold they fit perfectly!! I could NOT believe it! I was like a little kid on Christmas day. lol It gave me the boost that I needed to get back on my feet and work harder on my work outs. :) If I EVER get to my prebaby weight (115) it will be a bloody miracle. lol Doesn't mean I wont try to get there though!

Hope this finds everyone doing well on their journey. I am.. ehh so so. Feel bad I wasn't able to take the kids trick or treating last night. Just was not feeling good at all and was running a temp off and on since 4 yesterday afternoon. Will try to make it up to them today in some way or another. Heading into town today to pick up medication to control this crap long enough to where I can attend my daughter's band show at the football game tonight. I slept lousy yesterday too. So will try really hard to get a nap in today before kids get home and all the festivities start. Despite me not feeling all that great yesterday I still managed to get my work out put in. My work out for today is walking around 3 different stores and dealing with a 50 lb. bag of dog food. :D Doing all that and walking up and down stairs.. yeah I would say that in itself is a good work out! Heard on the John Tesh show the other night that 2 things that can help lose weight is drinking green tea (cold or hot) and eating hot peppers. Im not big on that kind of food so I think i'll stick with the green tea thank you. He said drinking 2 cups a day will help lose 3 lbs in month. I wonder if that's true or not? Oh well.. tomorrow I'm throwing a small Halloween party for my kids, niece and nephew.. plan on making "pumpkins" (oranges with celery in them) and "ghosts" (bananas with small choc. chips for the eyes and mouth) for a snack. Will also make deviled eggs for them too. I must admit I did ALOT better this week as far as staying away from the sugary stuff. Focused on the tea and water. Was not easy but managed to tackle it ok. I plan on picking up a water bottle today so this way I can have water with me when I'm outside doing yard work or playing with the kids.

only lost 1 measly pound in 2 weeks. 8 lbs to go before I reach my goal. They were NOT kidding when they said that the last 10 were really difficult! Been under so much stress the last 2 weeks that I haven't wanted to eat but force myself to anyways cause I know I need the fuel to drop the poundage. And with holidays coming up. *sigh* it will be even more difficult to say no to and lose the weight!

No lbs. lost this week and I was really hoping to lose at least 1 or 2 because of all the running around I did plus moving of furniture but I guess it balances out with some of the junk food I ate so cant be completely disappointed. This week is go time as my HS reunion is this Friday and I am bound and determined to get that last 4 lbs. in before then! It was weird yesterday.. everytime I would look down I would see all this freakin fat (hate the love handles!) but yet when I looked in the mirror I would see a smaller me. Just weird. Anyways I guess I am relieved I didn't gain any weight this week so should be happy to a point. I managed to get my morning walk in although it was raining a bit. Wont be able to get my afternoon walk in but will try to get my toning work out in at least 2x today. I swear the closer you get to your goal the harder it is to shed those pounds!
