For the first time in god knows how long I got a really good nights sleep! full 8 hours! woohoo!! felt so refreshed this morning! Went on my morning walk/jog this morning and really enjoyed the cooler weather and god's beautiful work. Came home, took care of animals, did some batting practice and then got house cleaned up. This is one of my days off from babysitting so going to try to take it easy today.. at least as much as I can. My dad and brother are supposed to be coming over today to drop off a basketball goal.. so will set that up near my driveway. Another way for me to work out..woohoo!! I cant wait. :) My kids are going to be SO stoked when they get home and see that set up.. something we can do together. :)

I was SO wore out last night after the day that I had. I did my usual morning walk/jog.. although it was more walking than anything cause I was on the phone with my fiancé the entire walk. LOL Came home and had a bowl of malt o meal. Then did my ab work out which I barely got through! Did a few rounds of batting practice and then got the dogs fed and played with them for a bit. My nephew came over about 10:45 yesterday morning so was on the go with him.. playing with him and chasing after him. lol By the time he left my kids then came home so had to help them with homework while cooking dinner. By the time they got to bed at 7 I was beyond pooped! So am pleased to say it did NOT take me very long to crash last night and I slept decently! This morning I was up at 6 to get my kids ready for school.. had some malt o meal while helping my son with his one page of math that he forgot to do. Got all 3 kiddos shipped off to school and then did my morning routine of walking/jogging (yes actually ran this time! lol). Came home and got my backyard raked up, pumpkin bags filled with leaves and got those upfront to decorate my front yard and then burnt the rest of the leaves. Then got holes filled back in, dogs fed and played with the dogs for a bit. Even did a few rounds of batting practice this morning too. Once I got inside I got my house cleaned up and then had to play rescue hero as my daughter's cat put her kittens behind the washer. GRRRR! So will take it easy till I have to go pick up my nephew for the afternoon. I am doing a lot better this week on drinking water too and not snacking nearly as much as I used to. I literally cut myself off from any kind of snacking or eating after 8 p.m. which is good cause all's I want to do is sleep by that time anyways! lol

I must admit I did a lot better this week on not only my exercises but water intake as well. I had SO many temptations this week and I proudly admit that I said no to most of them! I knew that today was weigh in day so as soon as I got home from church today I checked my weight while waiting on lunch to cook and I actually lost 4 lbs! I couldn't believe it! I honestly though I had gained weight.. felt like I did. Super proud of this loss! My dad gave me a bat yesterday so today I was able to get in a few rounds of batting practice.. my goodness did it feel good to do that again! I now have something new to do exercise wise.. change it up from the tone up workouts or the walking/jogging routine. :)

Ive been leaving the windows open at nights to air out the house and so I don't have to run the ac. Its been kinda nice. The only downfall is getting woken up by catfights and dogs barking. Sometimes I can be a light sleeper and other times heavy sleeper. Weird I know so with that said you can imagine that I did not get much sleep last night plus my sons woke up at 5 a.m. Why I have no dang clue but it really urked me to say in the least. I wasn't able to get my morning routine in cause of the errands I had to run. But to make up for it I did ALOT of walking and using groceries as weights. ;) Did that for about 3 hours today. I picked up some healthy foods for the house especially for breakfast so cant wait to start in on that. Going to try to get a quick nap in this afternoon before kids get home.. how successful ill be.. I have no idea but I got to try cause im wiped out!

I swear my kids can make me SO angry at times but it's just the fuel I need for my work outs.. gives me motivation. Did my normal walk/jog this morning after they left for school so I could get my stress/anger out. Felt a little better when I got home. Got dogs taken care of and then had breakfast. I am literally almost to my weight goal and just feels like Im at a stand still.. but that's how I feel where Im at in life.. in a rut. Good thing I have art projects to keep my mind occupied!
