Well I definitely got my workout put in this morning!! Feel pretty good though. I walked/jogged after the kids left for school and then on the way home actually ran! Then once I got home I went outside and raked the backyard (at least a quarter of it lol) and got leaves burnt. Then got my dogs fed and played with them. Did the yard/dog thing for a hour and 40 min. I am wiped! And yes I actually remembered to eat breakfast this morning. lol I did have a cup of green tea last night before bed and surprisingly I wasn't hungry (like I normally am) this morning but still went ahead and ate. Yesterday I used my driveway and my stairs on my front porch as a place to work out while I was waiting on my kids to get home from school. Did that for about 20 min yesterday. was a good work out for my afternoon!

I hate the fact that it takes me forever to fully wake up. LOL My morning walk/jog was somewhat slow when I first started off but ya know what? I was half a block away from the mail boxes when the bus when by so I know that I am doing a lot better and getting faster! I was pretty proud of myself this morning for that. Going to try to do better this week on drinking water and moving around more (exercising that is). I am also going to try drinking 3 cups of green tea a day and see if that will help effective today. :)

I seem to be stuck this week.. 0 lbs lost but at least none was gained so that's a good thing! I know my only downfall was not eating breakfast this past week. That probably could of helped my weight loss if I did. I guess I know what my new challenge for this week will be! But this week did prove something to me though.. that I can make it a whole week without the sugary products and be fine. :) Just a little disappointed that I didn't lose anything this week.. I was really hoping that I would of cause of all the hard work I put in on exercising. Oh well.. just something to reach for this week. :) am always up for a challenge!

Well the big weigh in day is quickly approaching.. 2 days away.. and I am super scared on what the number is going to say. I can honestly say I did everything I could to do better this week. I jogged 4x this week, walked 5x this week and worked out at home at least 2x a day. Plus ate a lot better, drank more water and cut out sugar products so I am hoping all the hard work will pay off. Although I must admit it was really hard to get my work out in the evening times cause of how exhausted I was from taking care of 4 kids during the week and all the running around I had to do. The only thing I could think was.. if I give up, what kind of example would I set for my kids? I have practice on what I preach. You want something that badly.. you have to go that extra mile to make it happen but in the end, all the hard work you put in will be worth it. This journey that I am on.. I do it not only for myself but for my kids and family as well. I want to live a healthier lifestyle so this way I can always play and do things with my kids and future grandkids. In the past I couldn't stand looking at myself in the mirror cause of seeing all that baby fat that was still left over on me that I couldn't get rid of and now that I have lost at least 10 lbs since July 13, 2013 on my own.. I am SO proud of myself for getting this far and want to continue on this journey. I can finally face myself in the mirror and think, "wow.. I actually look nice". I am not the prettiest girl in the world but to get my self confidence up a little bit just because I lost at least 10 lbs. is saying something. :)

Well yesterday while my brother was working on my car (replacing the brakes) I got the pleasure of chasing around my almost 21 month old nephew around the yard and then once we got back home.. had to chase him around here for a bit. At least I got a 20 min nap in while he slept! That was a nice little treat. lol Then played some basketball last night with the kiddos so I definitely got my work out put in. This morning I did round 3 of walking/jogging this morning. Am getting better at it. I am literally making a game out of it. I leave when the bus does and am ALMOST getting to my mailbox 5 blocks down from my house when the bus goes by. So am slowly getting better. Today I get to watch my nephew again and I am hoping to get my evening jog in. Havent been able to do that this week cause of other things coming up. But have been doing better on drinking water though. Not sure on what I'll have planned for the weekend but hope to take it easy at some point!
