Mom's last day here & my last day on Phase 2!!
BREAKFAST = 1 low carb pumpkin muffin with 1T Smart balance & 1 slice of Canadian bacon. 1 cup of coffee with 1T s/f creamer & 1 Splenda.
LUNCH = whole wheat pita with turkey & broccoli
SNACK = 30 pistachios
DINNER = whole wheat pasta with s/f tomato sauce & turkey meatballs

What would I do without my friends on Fat Secret!! You all are the best support system a girl could ask for!!
I have been busy taking my Mom around to look at real estate (she is thinking of moving closer to me) I have tried to be really mindful of following Phase 2 & for the most part I'm doing pretty good. She goes back home tomorrow & then it's back to Phase 1 for me!!
BREAKFAST = Blue Bunny carb control vanilla yogurt with 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal. 1 cup of coffee with 1 Splenda & 1T of s/f non dairy creamer.
SNACK = 1 slice of reduced fat swiss cheese
LUNCH = 1/2 of my son's peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat & a slice of lean ham
DINNER = salad greens with shredded cheddar, grilled chicken & Ranch Dressing (Mom wanted to eat at our local BBQ joint & this was my best menu option)
DESSERT = some extra dark chocolate

Thanks to everyone for your support & great suggestions!!
I am trying REALLY hard to not let my Mom lure me back into bad eating habits. She has been grazing on my son's Easter candy all day!!! She likes to eat lunch out & I really am trying to stay on track. I am doing a loose Phase 2 this week but definately back to Phase 1 on Sunday when she is gone!!

LUNCH = We went to a pizza parlour!!! Everyone else had pizza & I ate a chef salad with blue cheese dressing on the side. I scraped off most of the meat & cheese & dipped my greens into the dressing.
DINNER = Parmesan encrusted pork loin chop & Cesar salad

Yesterday 4/9 was a total fiasco in terms of my diet. My Mom & I ate all the "wrong" things!!! I'll get back on track today...I MUST get back on track today even though Mom thinks I don't need to lose more weight!!

LUNCH = Applebees- French Onion Soup & Asian Chicken Salad (probably not the best choice- I tried)
DINNER = Parmesan encrusted pork loin chop & Cesar salad (I do so much better when I cook at home)
DESSERT = 20 almonds, 1 cup of coffee with 1T s/f creamer & 1 Splenda. & 2 squares of extra dark chocolate.

Happy Easter everyone!!! I planned on starting Phase 2 again on Monday but I had to start it this morning. I made cinnamon rolls for my family & was feeling very sorry for myself ;-) so I ate my cereal!! Going to the in laws for Easter dinner. My mother in law is so sweet she is making a salad & veggie options for me so I stay on track. She also made chocolate brownies for dessert....I hope I can resist!!
BREAKFAST = 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal with a splash of skim milk; 1 slice of Canadian bacon & 1 cup of coffee with 1 Splenda & 1T of s/f vanilla flavored non dairy creamer.
SNACK = 20 almonds
LUNCH/DINNER = ham, salad with balsamic vinegrette, green beans cooked in cream of mushroom soup & a very small serving of "party potatoes" I just could not resist!!
DESSERT = 1 brownie & 2 small chocolate covered marshmallow eggs...what can I say...it's Easter!!
