HOORAY!!!! 2.5 lbs away!!!
BREAKFAST = low carb pumpkin muffin & 1 slice of Canadian bacon. 1 cup of coffee with 1T s/f non dairy creamer.
LUNCH = (what was I thinking?!) 1 hot dog wrapped in a bagel & a few sips of an icy mocha drink
DINNER = Lean Cuisine frozen dinner- chicken, spinach, cheese & brown rice (can't remember the name of the entree)
DESSERT = 1 s/f fudgecicle

Tomorrow is my weigh in...I'm so close to my first goal!!! Once I hit my goal I'm going to try to lose another 5 lbs this summer. We'll see!!
BREAKFAST = 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal & 1 container of Blue Bunny Carb Control vanilla yogurt, 1 slice of Canadian bacon, & a cup of coffee with 1T s/f non dairy creamer.
SNACK = 1 cup of coffee with 1T s/f non dairy creamer & a smoked meat stick.
LUNCH = salad greens with 1 cubed up chicken breast, 1 torn up slice of reduced fat swiss cheese & balsamic vinagrette
SNACK = 2 s/f candies
DINNER = Cajun spiced fish fillet with 3/4 cup of brown rice topped with 1T Smart Balance & a sprinkle of Asiago cheese. Side salad with more Asiago cheese & balsamic vinagrette
DESSERT = 2 s/f fudgecicles

BREAKFAST = 1 SBD peanut butter protein bar
SNACK = 1 grande s/f cinnamon latte made with skim milk
LUNCH = salad greens with cubed up chicken breast, 1 torn up slice of reduced fat swiss, & 1T of Drew's Cesar dressing.
SNACK = 1oz of reduced fat cheddar cheese
DINNER = hamburger with 1 slice of cheddar cheese (I am going to cheat & have 1T of ketchup- I can eat a burger without a bun but not without ketchup) side salad with balsamic vinagrette.
DESSERT = 1 slice of low carb chocolate cheese cake

LUNCH = 1 Parmesan encrusted pork loin chop
SNACK = 2 pieces of s/f candy
DINNER = shrimp & broccoli in a butter & Parmesan sauce served over 1/2 cup of brown rice.
DESSERT = 1 slice of low carb cheese cake

Starving today when I got home from the cafe & I have not eaten very well!!
BREAKFAST = 1 SBD peanut butter protein bar
SNACK = 2 cups of coffee with skim milk & s/f hazelnut syrup.
SNACK = 22 almonds
LUNCH = SBD frozen pizza
SNACK = a few handfuls of goldfish crackers (starving in the car after a huge hike)
DINNER = salad greens with a cubed up chicken breast, a torn up slice of reduced fat swiss cheese & 2T of drew's Cesar dressing
DESSERT = 1 slice of low carb chocolate cheese cake
EXERCISE = 20 to 30 min uphill vigorous hike with the family
