Just as I suspected...I didn't lose anything. After my false health emergency Monday night I came home famished at midnight & raided my son's Easter candy. It's funny how we use food to comfort us (but it doesn't). I am going back to Phase 2 this week anyway. I need my Kashi comfort food!!

BREAKFAST = 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal; 1 slice of Canadian bacon; 1 cup of coffee with 1 Splenda & 1T of s/f non dairy creamer.

SNACK = 3 pieces of beef jerky

LUNCH = chicken salad almondine over salad greens & 1 cup of iced coffee with 2 Splendas & s/f non dairy creamer.

DINNER = SBD frozen pepperoni pizza & side salad with 1T Drew's Cesar dressing.

DESSERT = 1 slice of s/f chocolate cheese cake

EXERCISE = a short 10 to 15 min hike (my little guy pooped out on me!) Now don't laugh but I also did 15 to 20 mins of V-Smile Gym Class- it's the preschool version of Dance Dance Nation. It had loads of jumping dancing & running in place. I had more fun than my 4 year old!!
