Thanks for all of the encouragement!!! We got back late last night. I thought my interviews went well & that my project was well received. I'm supposed to hear something today. I really ate lousy during my trip so I am anxious to get back on track now that we're back home.
BREAKFAST = 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal with a splash of skim milk, & a cup of coffee with 1T s/f non dairy creamer.

I think I am losing weight now due to stress. I have not been following the plan very closely & just grabbing whatever to eat when I have time. My project is completed & I'm flying out tonight with my family to present it Monday morning. I most likely will not be back on this site until Tuesday morning. If my project is well received I will hopefully get a pretty cool job...if not...who knows!! Say your prayers & keep your fingers crossed for me.

BREAKFAST = 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal with a splash of skim milk, & a cup of coffee with 1T s/f non dairy creamer.
SNACK = 1oz of reduced fat cheddar
O.K. it all goes down hill from here!!!!
LUNCH = went out for pizza for my son's preschool graduation
DINNER = hot dog because I can eat it quickly while working on my project
DESSERT = 2 squares of x-tra dark chocolate for medicinal purposes (calm my nerves- LOL)

Doing a project for a possible job opportunity. This project will make or break the decision to hire me. I am SOOO STRESSED that I feel nauseated.
BREAKFAST = low carb pumpkin muffin & 1 slice of Canadian bacon & coffee with skim milk & s/f hazelnut syrup.
LUNCH = cheddar filled pretzel at the bookstore doing research 7 coffee
DINNER = salad greens with a slice of reduced fat swiss, a cubed up chicken breast & 2T of Thai sesame lime dressing.
DESSERT = 2 s/f fudgecicles
