My Florida trip is a few short weeks away & I was hoping to be my goal weight but I doubt that I can get these last 5 lbs off in 2 weeks. I know that I will come home with 10 lbs to lose as I promised my family that I would not "diet" while on vacation. My Dad is a big eater & loves to feed his girls...always has!!
BREAKFAST = 1 low carb Pumpkin Muffin with 1T Smart Balance Light spread. 1 slice of Canadian bacon & 1 cup of coffee with 1T s/f calorie free vanilla syrup, 1 Splenda & a splash of skim milk.
SNACK = 1 slice of reduced fat swiss cheese
LUNCH = approx 200 calories worth of turkey jerky (I was running errands & I bought a bag at Target figured it was better than fast food)
SCORE = Went to another Goodwill today & scored a brand new pair of Nicole Miller size 8 jeans. They fit perfectly except for the length but for $4 I can have them hemmed.
SNACK = 1 s/f Russel Stover turtle
DINNER = Taco Salad (without the tacos) salad greens with 1/4 lb taco seasoned ground turkey, 1T of SBD ranch dressing & a sprinkle of grated reduced fat cheddar cheese.

BREAKFAST = 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal with a splash of skim milk, 1 slice of Canadian bacon & 1 cup of coffee with 1T of s/f vanilla syrup, 1 Splenda & another splash of skim milk.
SNACK = 1 slice of reduced fat swiss cheese & 1 smoked meat stick
LUNCH = salad greens with 3 slices of lean ham, a sprinkle of sunflower seeds, 1T plus 1t Drews Thai sesame lime dressing. I small whole grain cheddar muffin.
SNACK = 16 almonds (I know I was sworn off nuts BUT nothing else sounded good)
DINNER = 1 small slice of noodle-less zucchini lasagna & 1 small pesto chicken breast
DESSERT = 1 slice of s/f low carb chocolate cheese cake.
I ate A LOT today!!

Just came home from Goodwill with a Juniors size 7 denim pencil skirt that actually looks nice on me & fits. I got it for a mere $3.99 & it still has the tags on it!! Had no luck with pants. I cannot gauge at all what size I am & I'm very short too so it difficult to find pants that don't need altering. I guess I'll just wear skirts till I reach my goal weight LOL.

It's getting really hard to get dressed in the morning as ALL of my pants are falling off of me & ALL of my belts are too big to hold them up!! I don't want to buy anymore clothes until I'm at my goal weight. I thought I'd try going to some thrift shops today to see if I could find some pants to tide me over. Has anyone else tried that

LUNCH = 1 cheddar muffin & 2 slices of lean ham.
SNACK = 1 small fuji apple with 2T of s/f & calorie free Walden Farms caramel dip mixed with 1t of peanut butter.
DINNER = Baked Pesto Chicken Breast (recipe from SBD 30 minute meals cook book) Side salad with 2T Balsamic vinegar & 1T Bleu Cheese
DESSERT = 2 s/f fudgecicles

It has gotten A LOT better working at the cafe. I'm taking breaks, drinking & eating like a normal human being!!
BREAKFAST = SBD protein bar
SNACK = 1 tall latte with s/f almond syrup
LUNCH = chicken salad served over a bed of greens (from the cafe- need to get their recipe for chicken salad as it was FANTASTIC)
SNACK = 1 small fuji apple with 2T of s/f & calorie free Walden Farms caramel dip mixed with 1t of peanut butter.
DINNER = SBD frozen dinner- Beef & Broccoli (YUCK) I ate a lot of it but i wound up throwing some of it away & eating & meatballs to get the strange taste out of my mouth & to fill me up.
CHEAT = 1 kiddie sized Slurpie- I took a hike with the family again & got really hot & I caved in!!
DESSERT = 1 slice of s/f chocolate cheese cake
EXERCISE = 25 min hike
