<p>I wasn't paying as close attention to my diet the past few days as I should have but at least I didnt gain any weight. :-) I didnt eat bad food or anything, I just had things like an Acai Berry smoothie with some honey in it. Not exactly Wave 1 appropriate but so - so good. Its also my instant energy drink so I have a tendency to crave them when I know its going to be a long day. I guess I will start Wave 1 again today. It isnt as if you suffer on Wave 1 (Well, those of us that love fruit do), you just have to think a bit before you eat.</p>
<p>I did get back on track with exercise last night and actually despite the fact that I didnt lose any weight; I put on a pair of pants that were too tight for me last week and this morning I actually had to pull them up as I got out of my car! Now that is better than any reading on scale! :-)

Yesterday was day three and it wasnt bad at all. I was afraid getting back in the habit of taking lunch to work would be a problem but I had everything ready the night before and just walked out the door. I didnt get nearly as much exercise as I would have liked but dealing with an aggressive timeline at the office meant working pretty late so I just couldnt manage any more than a quick Yoga stretch to relax when I got home.
Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs
1 slice whole wheat toast
Green tea
Water
Lunch:
Black Bean Soup
Tossed Salad
1 Tbsp Vinagrette
Water
Dinner:
Chicken w/Red & Yellow Cheery Tomatoes
1 slice whole wheat toast
Tomatoes w/crispy bread topping
Water
Exercise:
Yoga: 20 minutes <br><br>
