I'm 66 years old, divorced and have Type 2 diabetes. Weight has been a life long problem. I'm at 250 and would settle for getting to 200 lbs. Need to cut out the fat content, but find that on a fixed income, eating healthy is just plain expensive!! Will give a go regardless. Fingers Crossed
