Woo Hoo! Officially hit 40 pounds of weight loss so far!! I've been enjoying my transformed life thanks to Yoli! In addition to my "flab to fab" weight loss, I've enjoyed life without monthly migraines, daily headaches, or chronic cough, lots of energy, ZERO colds or sinus infections (I was ALWAYS sick!) Also looking forward to optimal health by being proactive against cancer & degenerative diseases! Sorry, I'm jumping out of my skin with genuine excitement!

that is soooo exciting!! I think we have the same goal! I started at 185 and am now 147. I am so excited to only be 7 pounds away from my goal. I am really trying hard to meet my goal by the end of the year as this all started with a new years resolution. WE'LL MAKE IT!! and maintain it!!!

thanks soccermom23boys! I really appreciate it!! I've actually now gone on to become a beachbody coach! I have used Shakeology and now am using the Chalean Extreme. They have such great tools to help us make it!

Thanks!! The weightloss is fabulous, but how I'm feeling?? Unexplainable!! STILL gree of any headavhes, migraines, colds, coughs, sinus infections, bronchitis OR pneumonia.
