ok, today is going to be bad. I didn't go to the gym this morning because today is our hallowween office food thinggie. I made a tatar tot cassarole. I tried to make it not so bad by using fat free cheddar cheese and 2 percent mozzarella with turkey sausage. Anyway I got up at 7 to bake the dish and went to starbucks for coffee before work. I am currently at my desk with a sugar high that want get down :) and it's only 11:35 am. My only hope at this point is that there aren't many leftovers in the breakroom. Free food always knocks me off the wagon.
