Feeling a bit down and discouraged today. I have not lost anything this week and feel like I am making the right changes and exercising most everyday. I am not giving up just trying to keep my spirits up today.

Yikes!! My fat percentage was too high today, so I am going to have to cut it down. I ate a whole avacado today only really looking at the net carbs so I will not do that again.
Today, I adjusted a couple of things. I am cutting out my SF Jello. I am weighing all of my food instead of logging it as a cup or a stalk, etc. I am hoping these "tweaks" will make a difference for me.
My head pain is not much better and got some worrysome news from the optomologist.......

I feel like I am following Atkins very well but I am not seeing the losses I thought I might. I am happy that I am losing but am wondering if there is something more I should be doing. I am trying weighing all of my food instead of using proportions. I have cut out my soda and Atkins products (though yesterday I did have a shake). Anyway, I am feeling better so that is the most important thing.

I am feeling guilty.
I woke up late today and only had a Atkins shake for breakfast. I am really good about breakfast but today I got up late and had errands to run. I can't drive so I walk to get my errands done, so I try to go early to beat the heat. I was out for 2 hours and am now resting after the long walk.
It is funny how a few weeks ago I wouldn't have thought twice about skipping breakfast but now, sooo much guilt. Thankfully I don't do that often, so it is just one meal, I will survive.
