Eating habits have improved some, but being diligent about daily exercise has very much improved how I feel and it surely is helping to lose weight. We just had a Weight Watchers At Work meeting series of 10 weeks the company paid for. It helped a lot. As a lifetime member and former employee, I am the "expert" and just couldn't let the others see me failing. Huge assist there to get me past that hump where I tend to get completely lost, seemingly against my will, and gain back what was lost and worst. Have decided I can afford a meeting a month to help me stay on track. (A privilege of lifetime membership is no missed meeting fees and when I get to weight goal, I will be free again.)I bought some flattering pants that fit at this interim size. I feel very good right now even though I am not to goal. It's the journey not the destination.
