Not seeing as much progress as I had hoped for. Really tired today. Seems like I'm not getting any smaller, just gaining muscle.

A little frustrated today. I've actually gained weight. I know that my muscle mass has increased from 52.9 pounds to 55.8 pounds but I still don't feel like I'm making as much progress towards being skinny as I want.
The workouts are killing me. My wrists hurt from lifting weights and doing push-ups.
We are in week 3 of 8. I hope I get better results.

Today I am super excited! My boyfriend has joined fatsecret too and is logging his calories. It will make my dieting so much easier to have my partner on board also.
