fell so hard i dont know what hit me...
ate a whopping 1000 kcal in maybe 5 mins...
back on track tomorrow...
every day starts fresh!

Ok, nearer to 90 then b4, but still far far away from 85. being below 85 was my goal last year... (*sob sob sob*)
well i got myself sofar, i will get myself out of this...
Today i have a lot of manual labour on the programm, so i'll not have a lot of time to think about food...

B A T T L E P L A N :
If i eat all i
need
to eat (200gr veggies, good breakfast, 2 fruit, normal portion evening meal so i dont get hungry etc etc) i end up at 1400 kcal. My goal is to slowly reduce that number, but keep all the nessesary foods in there...
Today i reduced my breakfast to 100 kcal, i can not possibly reduce that number anymore without calling it a good breakfast.
Tomorrow i will reduce the morning snack to 100.
then lunch to 300, middag snack to 100 and finally meal to 400.
besides that it is my aim to increase the volume of the foods by eating more veggies and low cal foods.

horseback riding plus tennis with a friend...
8:15 on track as usual on the calories
(target two: i will set a new starting point and i will commit myself to eating 1500 kcals a day, recording all i eat, drink 2 liter of water, and workout 7 hours a week.)
(target three: NO MORE BULSH*T !!!!)

92,6 (*shock*) but i did it:
(target one: tomorrow morning i promise i will get on that scale.)
walked for 2 hours about 13 kilometer. right on target for the 1500 kcal (found a new app to track with, so im sorry you guys cant watch)
(target two: i will set a new starting point and i will commit myself to eating 1500 kcals a day, recording all i eat, drink 2 liter of water, and workout 7 hours a week.)
The hardest times (17:00 - 20:00) is yet to come...
(target three: NO MORE BULSH*T !!!!)
