Day 3: Down .8 this morning. I would have been down more but I did have a glass of wine last night with hubby. It was so good and I have no regrets. Adding my green tea back into the diet today, hopefully that will help me out too.
Yesterday was a challenge.... I had very bad cravings.... I hope today is better. It is just my body adjusting to eating better again. Going to try and focus my energy on packing our camping box.... we go to Niagara Falls in 9 days.

Day 2: Down today from what I was yesterday. Yesterday I weighed in at 178.6 and today I am 177. I know that the scale is not where I want it to be, but it is moving and in the right direction. Started my day out right and had my protein shake. Now to control the cravings and keep my calories to 1200 today. I have a pasta meal planned for dinner and it is only 270 calories per serving. It is that one pot wonder that has been floating around Facebook. Figured that I would try it. I will have a tuna pouch steak with it also, for the protein that I need. All the junk is out of the house. Hubby ate the last of the cake last night, no ice cream in the freezer and nothing really too bad in the pantry. I can do this!

Day 1 Back On Track
Today was James's birthday. I went over my calorie count, but I made reasonable choices and ate in moderation. I am thinking about heading to the gym to workout also, especially if hubby doesn't mind. I am still working on getting that gym membership. The manager at LA is trying to get me a good rate (no intro fee) if possible. So I am waiting till July 4 to sign up.
It has rained all day today....but I am feeling good and have a lot of energy. I have started taking my GNC vitamins again and will be from now on. I love the energy that they give me, nice boost! I am loving living in the new apartment now as well. I am cooking my own food again. I am eating better and I am happier. It is a blessing. Johnathon is acting better as well.
Life is good.... I know that I am up 5 pounds, but I am up because of the poor choices that I made. I wasn't eating right or eating according to my diet. Now I am back on my diet and feeling great. This 5 pounds is going to come back off and and then some. I have 10 pounds to go until I hit my first mini goal of 165. I will make it by the end of the summer.

Starting my diet back up today.... Hopefully this is just the beginning of a great start to losing this weight and getting the 5 pounds off again and losing that last 5 to get to my first mini goal weight.

Alright.... officially back to 175.... up 5 pounds from my lowest. Time to get serious and get back on this diet. Started the morning out with a protein shake and milk. Get a gym membership this coming week with a gym that has a child watch, so it will be easier to get to the gym and work out will my hubby is at work.
Going grocery shopping today to get healthy good stuff for dinners and what not. I am doing this, and I can't wait to get this weight off again.
