Alright folks......
I have been pretty bad staying on track, but I am back from my vacation and I am working my diet like crazy. Went grocery shopping at 8 in the morning to get good and healthy foods for the week. Upping my protein, eating lots of veggies and fruits (for the sweet tooth) and staying away from starches and processed sugars.
I have to get with the picture. I am also taking my vitamins at lunch everyday, so that I have lots of energy for the afternoon and evening. I am also back to the gym.... at least 30 minutes of cardio a day. I got this and I am going to lose this weight once and for all.

Day 8
Saturday: 178.8
Sunday: 178.0
Monday: 176.6
That's right.... a loss of 1.4 overnight! I am very proud of myself. I stuck to my calories (mostly) and lost a good amount of weight. This is motivating to me. I want to lose more before my official weigh-in on Wednesday! Yeah!

Day 7:
Saturday: 178.8
Sunday: 178.0
Down .8. Not too bad. I need to keep this up. I want to be back down to 176.2 by Wednesday if possible. I just need to get closer to the 1200 and cut the sweets.

Day 6:
Weighed in the same as yesterday! I am so pissed off..... I know it takes time for the scale to move after starting an exercise routine and getting back on the diet, but really???? 3 days at the same weight! Rant over!
Now on a positive note. I kept my calories in check yesterday, but I did have red meat yesterday, so that will take time to work out of my system. I need to get some healthy snacks in the house. I am going nuts not having little things to munch on. I am going to rearrange the fridge to help make it easier to find my snacks as well. I will get this done. Just it is taking too long.

Day 5:
I blew my diet yesterday!!!!!! EEK!!!! So on Thursday I weighed in at 178.4 and today I weighed in at the same. I only record my weigh in Fatsecret 2 times a week. It is okay that I am up.... I did this to myself and I will fix it. Now I am done with my pity party....
I am happy that I am tracking no matter what.... I need to do that. I need to work out.... I know what I need to do, just now to do it. Little changes will add up to big results. I am ready for those results.
Today is going to be another challenge. I have a picnic with my family. I am taking my own hotdogs (Turkey)and some homemade pasta salad. I am tracking everything. I am also working out this morning. I wanted to do CardioJam this morning, but the timing just won't work out before I have to get ready to leave for the picnic tonight.
