I've joined a new group on FB, "Ketogains". It aligns very well with the OKL group I've been following the last few months with great success. Thru them I came across another group PSMF-Protein Sparing Modified Fast Diet.
I seem to do much better when I have a "change up" in my diet. I like the challenge of something new...it gives me focus and helps me stay the course.
Anyone ever done the PSMF?
I can"t help myself, Mondays are my "go to" day and it's May 1st....it's a sign, I tell ya! lol!!!

QUESTION-----
I've been off FS for a while, kind of hit and miss. What's going on with all the food pics? What I'm REALLY wondering about is the COMMENTS on the food pics. Someone posts a pic of their meal and someone else rips it apart. Too much fat, too many carbs, bad for you, trigger food, etc....what the heck is the point of this?
We all don't eat the same, what's good for one may not be the choice of another, why the need to rip someone's choices?

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE
The last 10 weeks I've been working with a trainer twice a week. I've been working on gaining muscle/lose fat.
I switched up my eating to OKL macros. I have been eating 94g protein, around 78g fat, and under 23g net carbs. I feel so much better and stronger since eating this way as opposed to lower protein and super high fat.
When I started 10 weeks ago my body fat was 34%. Today 29.6%
VERY VERY HAPPY!!!!!

So, my DIL asked me if I had any recipes for LC sweet snack, for when she just wants a little something...I found this recipe--Keto Chocolate Fudge Haystacks No Bake. I happened to have all the ingredients so I made them last night. After reading the comments I made a couple of changes. I used Swerve, which is granular and people mentioned they were a little gritty. Someone advised to cook it down to make them smooth so that's what I did. I also just put it in a casserole dish instead of "haystacks" since they were hot and runny. Put in the fridge to harden. Turns out they taste delicious. I cut them into 16 pieces... 1.5 net carbs.
