I’m still doing intermittent fasting with a five day a week workout program. I shift my fasting window depending on my work out days. It seems to be working as I’m almost in another size smaller pants.

Score one for IF and water loss! Starting SS8 again tomorrow so I’m looking forward to what I can achieve over the next 8 weeks.

Today I am starting the bulletproof Intermittent fast. Most of my food will be consumed between 2 and 5 PM mainly because of my work schedule. I plan to do this for a week and then adjust accordingly. My weightlifting routine will continue although slightly modified.

Hit my intake macros for the day in about 10 hrs so effectively did a 10/14 IF. Going to stick with that for a bit as it fits my schedule better, or until I stop seeing results I suppose. :)
