Okay, so this was NOT a good weekend for me BUT it is behind me. I didn't do any damage thankfully and am back on track today. My back has been really bad and standing to cook has been REALLY tough so it hasn't been getting done so I eat what is easy which is generally NOT good food. So I will be sucking it up today and get some cooking done.

My mood is doing a bit better and my dr. and I decided not to change my meds just yet, we will re-visit the issue in two weeks and I am good with that.

I have been exercising as usual so atleast I am staying on track with that. I have joined the Bye Bye Bat Wings challenge which is a 12 week plan to do 150 dips (the website program is only 6 weeks, so this challenge doubles it up). I am also adding the 100 pushups, 200 squats, and 200 situps programs to my routine as well. So I am looking forward to toning up a bit and gaining some strength.

This morning I had a wicked headache so I added an extra cup of coffee to my morning. My-o-my, that darn whipping cream KILLED my points for the day (not really but man 4 carbs just for coffee, what a mistake) so I will NOT be doing that again, lol

So I finally tried a MIM and after some experimenting with different brands of flaxseed meal, I am hooked! I find if I add a little extra butter to the batter, I don't need to butter it after it is cooked. I do NOT like the cocoa ones and am anxious to try the pumkin one. But I just LOVE them! If you haven't tried them, it is worth it to see if it is something great to add to your menu.

No change this week. A bit frustrating but atleast no gain. I just need to stay focused on the long term goals. Today I took my measurements to see if there are any changes there.

9" LOST since May 15th!!

Hips 44 (down 1")
Waist 46 (down 1")
Chest 39 (biggest loss-down 3")
Bust 47 (down 2")
Theigh 27 (down 2")
Arm 17 (same)

Not too shabby.......

Been a good week, getting back on track with my OT and PT which I really need to focus on to get back to where I was before the stroke, or atleast close anyway.

My walking is doing well but I have noticed that the days I do my long walk (3-4) miles, I go up by .5lb. I have a 16oz cup and I drink atleast 6 a day so my water intake is good but I am not sure why the walks put me up a bit. I seem to go down after my days off and then back up after my walk days. Ahh well my body will figure it out.
