I weighed in a day early since we are leaving for our Thanksgiving trip and I was plesantly suprised with the scale! 178...surpassed my goal :)

Woo Hoo...I weighed in at 10:00am fully clothed (capri's and long sleeve t-shirt) and was down 3lbs from last week :) Tonight is my "official" weigh in at the gym for TEAM Weight loss and that weigh in isn't until 7:00pm. I know that it is alway 1 - 2 lbs more than my morning weigh in, so I try not to focus too much on that one and stick to my in home morning weigh ins...they seem the most consistent.

I went to the gym today all excited to do the Kickbox Jam class only to realize that I was looking at Saturdays schedule not Sundays! Instead of gettig to bummed out I decided to challenge myself. I did interval training...20 min ARC trainer, 20 min treadmill (Did cycles of 2 min in Zone 2, 2 min in zone 3 and 1 min in Zone 4) Then I did 10 min on stair stepper (all 10 min where in zone 3 & 4) and 10 min on eliptical machine (all 10 min where a cool down in zone 2) overall I burned 607 calories so I was very happy with the time I spent at the gym.

Had a great training at the gym today...2 hours of a mix of cardio, weights and boot camp drills! Burned almost 1,000 calories! Love that I was able to do it all and still felt good at the end. I wish my gym offered a 60 min class that included 20 min cardio, 20 min weights and 20 min drills...it definitely kept me interested and the time flew by!
