So last night I got high and ended up eating Frosted Flakes at 2 in the morning 😐 but I have worked out yet , so maybe that’ll make a difference.

Question: is it a good idea to change my goal weight? Or should I weight until I reach my current goal weight and just work from there?

I really want to lose 50 pounds by July (my birthday). I know I can do it, but it’s gonna take a lot of dedication. I’ve been really depressed on my birthday for the past few years; with last year being the worst (long story). I guess it’s just realizing that I’m not where I should be in life, financially and success wise. I feel like reaching my goal weight by then will make me feel a lot happier and comfortable with myself.

I haven’t been this weight for quite sometime. Trying to stay motivated. Last time I started losing weight I think i sort of gave up (due to stress and depression). I’m actually starting to feel lighter. Can’t wait to reach my goal weight and feel like my old self again.
