I drank about a gallon of water yesterday. I only Ate a chicken salad sandwich and trail mix. Yet I’m back at 205 pounds. My goal was to lose 2.5 pounds a week. Which means I’m supposed to reach at least 202.4 pounds by this Thursday 😒. Still not quitting though.

Finally ! It seems like a gallon of water a day works. It’s annoying going to the bathroom so much. But it’s worth it . Going to try to do it every day

Maybe it would be more motivating if I set mini challenges (If that’s what you would call it) for myself. I’m going to “try” to lose 10 pounds a month; starting today. Actually, that would be the only possible way to reach my goal weight by my birthday. So by March 20th I need to reach 195 pounds.
