Was stuck on 185 for the past couple weeks. Was happy to see 182 this morning. Still taking the probiotic/enzymes 3x a day which is doing wonders for my digestive system. I had black coffee yesterday morning no cream, butter, or coconut oil...had my usual lunch at noon, really wasnt hungry but ate any way. Still doing the 16/8 fast and HFLC. Trying to increase water intake. Supplements are probiotic/enzymes 3 before every meal, 2 flaxseed oil capsules, a baby aspirin, 3-D3 capsules, 1 multivitamn and liquid B-12. Was also having very bad bouts of insomnia. But last night I made it to 4:30 before I woke up! Typically was waking up between midnight and 2 am! Hopefully things are leveling out. My exercise regimen is sporadic at best! 200 squats, if & when I remember to do them. Yoga/stretching occasionally, and 1000 side to side twists, again, if & when I remember to do them!?

Since I couldnt wait for my order of digestive enzymes to get here. I went to a walmart yesterday (Nov. 22) and found some by Sun Valley, called Probiotic Multi-Enzymes. I took three before having a carbie meal (with pancakes & syrup)...yeah I know...anywho enjoyed my meal, and waited...for the 1st time in forever no bloating or gassy feeling, or that feeling like I just had a souffle of brick?! I was thoroughly impressed! Weighed this morning...down a pound, and 1/2 inch gone from my stomach???? So I did further research and came across some articles about the benefits of taking enzymes on an empty stomach?! Well yeah, I had to try it?! So this morning I took 3 tablets about 4 hours b4 having my BP coffee. I went to work and when I came back home it was noon, so I could eat and I took 3 more and then had my ground bison and salad. Now I'm waiting again...because meat in general gives me that 6 months pregnant look?! Kinda regreting spending 16 bucks on Super Enzymes, when the 7$ version at Walmart seems to be working quite efficiently....Tomorrow, definitely gonna have the ribs, potato salad, baked beans, etc, etc,...and take my enzymes! Yeah to the 1st no Thanksgiving Day bloating!!!

Had a carb meal today! Still doing a HFLC diet & the 16/8 IF, which I actually like. My weight is fluctuating!? I was back up to 188 this morning. But I am not deterred at all. I've got quite a few things going on...my insomnia is thru the roof, my menstrual cycle is back with a vengeance! And I've realized that my sluggish weight reduction is probably due to the removal of my gallbladder several years ago. I had to do my research, because I was not enlightened by my doctor back then, that not having a gallbladder means there's no where for my body to store & concentrate bile, which is needed to breakdown food and particularly "fat". Therefore my bile production may be to fast/to slow/or diluted. Making it less effective...So being on a high fat diet would not be as beneficial for someone without a gallbladder?! Soooo, upon further research...I will be investing in supplements with digestive enzymes, such as Ox bile, Super Enzymes, and or Cholacol, which will aid my system in breaking down the extra fat I'm ingesting. I'm willing to bet that I will see a significant reduction in my weight once my body gets help with digestion. I'm also going to do more frequent salt water flushes and get my probiotics from making fermented cabbage. Thanksgiving is less than a week away. So I will be diligent on my HFLC & 16/8 IF up until November 24 at 12 noon respectively! I had my first and last meal before 2 pm today, and its 7:11 pm, and I'm not the least bit hungry!?

Footnote: Also broke my fast by having ACV & water before my carb meal, will be using ACV until I receive my order for the digestive enzymes.
