I'm back at it again, my goal weight remains the same but my first sub-goal will be to lose 2 lbs. per week. I think this is completely do-able and will put me at my goal weight the first week of December (just in time for Christmas cookies, which I will reward myself with - but I will NOT over do it).

My second sub-goal is to fit into the halloween costume I bought for myself last year that was entirely too tight. Hopefully this queen of hearts will be breaking hearts by the end of October ;)

Started another part-time job in the last 2 months and my life has been a little crazy. I'm working full-time and have 2 part-time jobs, plus volunteering for a local organization. I find that it is easier to control my eating and maintain an exercise plan when I'm very busy - so, this is good. The only thing I am worried about is burning out. If I manage my time and allow myself enough sleep each night I should be fine. Hopefully the first change I see is an energy boost. Lately I've been very sluggish and I think it's from not exercising.
