I want to shout from the rooftops how AMAZING I am feeling today and have been feeling for the past week or so...
I am on day 22 of the Advocare 24 Day Weight-Loss Challenge. I have not weighed in or measured since day 11 (as required) but at that point I was down 5 lbs. and 6 inches over all - AND I DID IT ALL IN 10 DAYS!
The most amazing part about this is the results and the maintaining. I know a handful of people who committed themselves to this product line and have lost weight/inches, AND KEPT IT OFF!!!! I just can't stress enough how great this is.
Last week, because I feel so strongly about these products, I became a distributer so I can pass along this wonderful feeling to the world. I am here if anyone needs help, has questions or wants to try out any of the products.

I worked two jobs yesterday so I couldn't work out but I didn't expect to gain 1.4 lbs., especially since I was very good with my diet. I have a feeling I may be a bit dehydrated and that could be the culprit. I'll be working out tonight and hopefully tomorrow's weigh-in will be more on track.

Until I get a heart rate monitor I will be using these averages for my P90X workouts:
CardioX: 500
KenpoX: 700
Arms/Shoulders/AbRipperX: 600
Legs/Back/AbRipperX: 800
Core Synergistics: 600
YogaX: 500
Plyo: 700
XStretch: 150

Yesterday was the begining of The Biggest Loser Competition at work. I did an amazing job with my diet and will-power. I hope I can keep it up, I have a lot of confidence in myself that I will both win this challenge and feel great at the end of it!
