I am so excited to share my 2-pound loss which is an overall 8-pound loss since the beginning of this new journey. Just as they said I would, I lost the 2 pounds by sticking to my roughly 1200 calorie limit which sometimes was hard even to meet and I'd have to force myself to eat more. I am also exercising at the gym, after all, I don't want to be thin and flabby and this last week, I've been engaged in the Dance Challenge. It is paying off! Hope everyone is ready for this new week of renewed health.

I have been doing a lot of research (again) and I think I finally know how to food plan my day so that I stay within my calories and reach my macros!!!
Today is a cold and snowy day and I was unable to get out to the gym so this was a perfect day to get my food dairy organized. Now on to some floor exercise and some dancing.......hope everyone is having a good day.

I am excited to begin this new challenge! I guess I'll be able to record everything at the end of the day, but I am sure looking forward to dancing to something later today. Maybe I'll discover some new music or learn some new moves instead of doing my usual insecurity side step.

I didn't log my breakfast because I skipped it today...not intentionally. I was so hungry by lunch time that I ate more than I would have, but I am still very under in my daily calorie limits. I had an afternoon snack as well as a larger dinner to make up for it. I didn't have as much water as I should have...I will have to work on that this week.
For dinner I ate the same thing as I did last night but I added some hazlenuts as an after dinner snack.
