HELLO MY NAME IS SHARDA.. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH MY WEIGHT FOR 4 YEARS NOW. EVER SINCE I HAD MY DAUGHTER AND TURNED 21 YEARS OLD I GAINED ABOUT 40 POUNDS. AFTER I HAD MY DAUGHTER I WEIGHED 115 TWO YEARS LATER I STOPPED TAKING PICTURES BECAUSE I NOTICED I WAS GETTING BIG BUT STILL DID NOTHING TO FIX IT ( I LOVE FOOD ) AND I WAS INTO THE PARTY SCENE.. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO BIG IN MY LIFE. SO I HAD A BREAST REDUCTION DECEMBER 2009 AND AFTER THAT WHOOOOAAAAA COULD YOU SEE MY STOMACH LOL.. IT WAS HIDING UNDER MY TRIPLE D'S. WITH ME BEING 4'11 NOW WITH A SMALL C CUP THE ONLY THING BIG WAS MY FACE ,STOMACH AND BACK.. (THE ONLY PLACES I GAIN WEIGHT) SMH.. SOMETHING HAD TO BE DONE. SO FEBRUARY 2010 I STARTED THE HCG DIET WHERE I WENT FROM 154 TO 118 IN 30 DAYS. I WAS LOVING IT BUT I STILL NEEDED TO LOOSE SOME MORE WEIGHT AND INCHES.. BUT WHAT DID I DO PARTY PARTY PARTY AND MANAGE TO WEIGH BETWEEN 130 AND 140 FROM MARCH 2010 TO NOW APRIL 2012.. I FOUND MYSELF YO YO DIETING.. OR WHEN I AM IN THE PROCESS OF WORKING OUT AND DOING GOOD I GO OUT OF TOWN AND OF COURSE EAT AND DRINK WHICH IS A BIG NO NO.. SO NOW IM TRYING SOMETHING DIFFERENT.. NOT STARVING MYSELF, DOING A PROGRAM AT HOME, EATING HEALTHY AND TAKING CARE OF ME!! MY JOURNEY STARTS NOW.....
