Today is the start of day 5 and I snuck a peek at the scale and it said that I lost half a pound, was a bit disappointed but I know that this is not a quick fix diet so that put me back in my place!
My official WI day is Monday so I will be sure to stay off the scale until then.

B: 1 low sodium v8 shot, 2 poached eggs and 2 pc turkey bacon, 1 c milk.
s: Celery with pb.
L: Large salad with ranch and beans with 2 pc lf turkey meat.
s: Cheese string and cucumbers
D: Steak,beans(black with spices) large salad, roasted veg maybe.

Not too sure what else will be on the menu.

Thank you. I sometimes wonder if I should be eating more but I'm not hungry usually, I guess thats my answer! lol

The tricky scale! Don't worry about it, sometimes the scale will wait 4 or 5 days then all of a sudden the next two days there will be 2 pounds drop each day. Just keep doing what you're doing and you'll see how your body handles losing the weight. It's different for everyone and also depending on what foods work best with your body. Its really interesting learning all of this and believe me, you'll get it all figured out. You really are doing great!
