No 'Dred'mill last night or night before... Worried what scale will say on Sat. This has been a rough week. Really rough.

Don't get too down on yourself, we all have rough days. Just try and say that you will make a change this evening and try to get on the treadmill. You will feel so much better if you do. You can make tomorrow better :) Hope you have a good week! Stay Tough!!!!!!

Things happen. Don't sweat tomorrow. If you do get on the treadmill it will give you that motivation you need.

I love the name you gave the treadmill. I once called the Stair Master the Stair Monster and now I call it Dancing with the Stairs. Hope you find your groove soon in this valley of ups and downs! TOWANDA!!!
