do over :)
after a weekend of eating terrible-for-the-body foods, I am back to cycle one day one. My insides feel horrible, and the intense boot camp workout this am made them feel worse.
Here goes---praying for sismilar results as last time :)

7:30 1/2 cup egg whites, scrambed. 1/2 cup veggie juice
10:30 fruit cup (pears)
1:30 small veggie salad
3:30 snack
5:30 1/2 cup black beans and chickpeas, spinach, asparagus

I am going to try to do double workouts this week--a jog with the jogger this afternoon too?

I am back to cycle 1 also after I gained as well from slacking on the eating a bit:( I have been doing double workouts lately too, which I think contributed to my weight gain, at least I hope it is!

Keep your head up. Just pick yourself up & dust yourself off. Just stick to the diet & you will be fine & if you slip don't be hard on yourself just pick up where you left off with the next meal. I know you can do it.
