So today I am starting over... AGAIN!
I am eating low carb and staying away from sugar!!! I am heading to the gym to walk the track for an hour. Exercise is key for me...physically and mentally!
I am happy to find this site...hopefully make some new friends while on this weight loss journey. I need to lose 37 lbs.
Here we go...

*** I went to the gym and decided to do the stair climber for 15 minutes, elliptical for 25 minutes, inclined treadmill for 20 minutes and then I swam a few laps.... Jacuzzi and WHEW! Done!!!

Wow, that sounds good. We had to drop our membership due to the cost. :oP Do you ever take your kids to the track? Ours love to go and take their bikes to the local community college track while we walk. They are so funny. They also like to do my workout videos. You haven't seen funny till you see a 4 yr old try to do Tae_Bo! Hilarious, and so cute!

My step kids did Hip Hop Abs with me last week. It was so funny! Especially since they're 3 little kids trying to shake their booty like a hip hop star. So cute!
