I was a little surprised with no gain after the holiday.I never ate off plan,however I had a few drinks(volka) and ate a few too many nuts, extra meat and maybe not enough water.Couldn't eat most of the food prepared.I feel really bloated today,I think from the meat as I only eat beef once in a while.I never eat hotdogs or sausage so I made do with a couple of burgers(bunless).Came home and had a HUGE salad to get my veggie count in.It was easy to pass on all the desserts,potatoes,pastas,and baked beans.The fresh fruit salad was a little hard,but I stayed away.I knew a little would mean alot.All my cravings are gone and I am loving this WOE....
