Well I'm beat. Way too much walking today.

When I entered my weigh in it read that it would take me 9 months to get to my goal. I love that little calculator! At first I was screaming in my head "Nine Months?" then I told myself, "It's only been a month and I've lost 5 lbs. I can do 9 months". Patted myself on the back and continued with some more positive affirmations. Slow and steady wins the race...and this time this race I am going to win! By Christmas I will be at goal and I will consider that the best gift ever (along with a new wardrobe oh yeah).

I doubt it will take you 9 months with your attitude! You'll be there before you know it. Maybe too you don't need to lose all 15! You may find your happy place somewhere along the way.

I've noticed lately that even though I haven't really lost much in the past 3 months that my working out is paying off. Yesterday I had several people comment on the fact that I am really looking "tiny" and asking if I had lost more weight. Those are the best positive reinforcements when others notice your efforts, and you have the right attitude, people who do positive self talk are the biggest winners overall! Keep up the good work.

You just inspired me to step it up! 5 lbs is great progress. We are chipping away at. That is about what I lost too so far. I keep going back and forth with the same 3 lbs the last two weeks. I am determined they are going to stay off until next week. Your doing wonderfully Kallau.
