Today will be the first real test for me. I am going to a birthday party at 1:00~ I think my plan will to bring an Atkin's bar to leave in the car so every time I am tempted to eat cake I will think of the bar waiting for me! ( I love them!) As for the food~mmm I'll need to look to see what is being served in order to choose correctly, I do not know what Nicole is planning. Main thing is not to go hungry. I had breakfast later than usual and plan to drink a bottle of water in the car on the way down. I usually don't drink diet soda, but maybe having a glass with ice will help me... Wish me luck!

That's a great plan! I keep a bar in my purse at all times...when I go to movies or out to have drinks with the girls. Keeps me on track most of the time :) Good luck!

Good luck today!! I also have a birthday dinner party to attend - menu is NOT Atkins friendly but I will have a bar in my purse to eat. You can do it!!
