I finally lost a pound! I feel that I have been losing inches instead of lbs so it was a little frustrating. I had maintained my weight as well. I am proud that I have been doing well with my eating and yesterday I jogged 2.60 mi all the way through and didn't stop!! I have never been able to accomplish that before. I finished it 32min 50sec(4.75mph). I have never done it before and feeling accomplished :)
