Still chugging away at it. Not losing weight at the same rate anymore. It has definitely gotten harder. It is NOT impossible though!!

It still surprises me that my weight is still changing. I think I need to believe in myself more, not just in losing weight, but in life itself. I am going to start telling myself that "You are putting in the effort and working for it. You deserve to reap the benefits of hard work!One day at a time and you will reach your goals!"

I just realized that I am changing physically and mentally. For example, when I first started I said if I go shopping in the daytime to find a parking as far as I could and walk up. It used to be hard and I wanted to still park close. But now I have noticed that I am not breathing heavy anymore nor really noticing how far away my parking space really is. This is good and I am getting exercise without really trying!

Soo... I finally decided to act on my desire to change things up so I did an activity that I was a little apprehensive about.
STAIRS.
Enough said. I walked to the local HS, spent a half hour trying to get in. After I got in, the doors locked me in so i could not get out!! Long story short, I was able to do it and I did it better than I thought I could! My big goal was 50 stairs but I did 75!!! I was amazed at how my fitness level is changing! I was enjoying myself so much that I wanted to go to 100!!
