So I have decided that Sundays are going to have to be cheat days, there is no other way around it. On Sundays we go hang out with my father-in-law who is 78. Last week he wanted KFC so we had it, today he wanted pizza, so 2 slices and a trip to the gym afterward, looking at my food journal the only thing I will have tonight for a snack will be a cup of cottage cheese and a ton of water. Next week I get to hang out with my first born baby boy who just turned 21 and his fiancé. We don't get to see a lot of each other as our schedules clash. I can't wait till they give me a wedding date, they have been dating since he was 14 years old.
