So today is my dear sweet husbands birthday! I know we won't have cake, but we are going to go out to dinner this evening. I know there will be some drinking of adult type beverages also. I promise to be good because my clothes are fitting better!!!I have really been working hard on fixing my fat issues and I don't want to screw this up!

well things went good, I did have more calories than I wanted and a lot more carbs, but I refrained from dessert and alcohol, he had enough for both of us... but I know it won't stick to my gut.
