here's a free tip for all you dieting:
"Don't eat rotten meat"
i have never before been so de-motivated to diet than after tasting rotten beef. My body was just screaming for nutricions: anything suger!!!
I had the headaches today they say is normal if you recover from protein-deficiency... well lets hope they are also right it ony lasts 2-3 days...
update: woke up this morning and the headaches are gone... im really glad, so i went to the gym and boy was i pumping... im really gonna keep up this new diet, thanks you all for the comments on it!
